I can’t say enough good things about working with Wayne. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed someone I could trust, and from day one, I felt like he had my back. He never pushed; he was honest about concerns and, with his construction background, spotted things I never would have noticed. He even guided me toward a new build that I was unsure about, and, within 3 weeks, I was closing on a home I love. Wayne stayed by my side through inspections, financing, and builder follow-ups, always stepping in when it was helpful. Even after closing, he’s checked in to make sure all is well. What stands out most is how much he genuinely wants to help people. That comes through in every interaction. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and dependable. I felt completely comfortable trusting him through one of the biggest decisions of my life, and I’m so grateful he encouraged me to look at the home I now get to call mine. To say Wayne is a class act would be an understatement. Wayne was hands down the best realtor we have worked with and he helped my fiance and I find the perfect home! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to home construction, home condition, and real estate in general. He is extremely transparent and honest, and has YOUR best interest at heart, and truly goes the extra mile to help people. For us specifically, we had looked at many used homes, and for our budget had never considered a new build, but Wayne wanted to show us what value we could potentially get at the same price point. We ended up buying that new build vs a "fixer-upper" because it fit our goals a bit more and checked all the boxes Wayne and I had discussed. He went the extra mile by attending our initial and final walk throughs and marking up areas in the home along side us that needed touchup, and gave recommendations on what corrective actions should be taken for any repairs. I cant recommend Wayne and his company enough because its not often you find a realtor(s) with such integrity and willingness to work to give you the best experience possible when searching for a home.
